Membership and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on vpbet, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. vpbet may request a national identity card or relevant documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is considered fraudulent activity and all associated accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. vpbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the vpbet support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on vpbet is ৳100. Deposits must be made through accepted payment methods. Currently, deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Each deposit must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If vpbet considers any transaction suspicious or fraudulent, it reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete. The member's full cooperation is expected during the investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount can only be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only usable on specified games and categories.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If bonus claims are made from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• vpbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• A bonus is never treated as direct cash — it is subject to wagering requirements.

4.3 VIP Cashback

vpbet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. At each tier, a fixed percentage of the weekly net loss is returned as cashback. Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳160 cashback at a rate of 0.8%. Cashback is also subject to the general bonus policy.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vpbet:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting unauthorised access to the system.
• Using another person's account or placing bets through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse: attempting to complete wagering requirements by placing opposing bets solely to claim a bonus.

If any of the above activities are detected, vpbet may immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance and notify the relevant authorities.

Privacy and Data Protection

vpbet treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. Information collected during registration and transactions is used solely for service delivery and account verification. Data is transferred to third parties only as required by law.

All sports betting — including cricket, football and basketball — is settled based on the official result of the event. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules. Odds offered in live betting are subject to change at any time, and the odds displayed on screen at the time of placement are final.

8.3 Casino Games

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. All funds in the account balance must be withdrawn before closing. Requests to reopen a permanently closed account will not be considered.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by vpbet

vpbet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of participation in fraudulent activity.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Amendments and Effectiveness of Terms
